The year 2000 spawned VOYAGER, a metal sensation from Perth, Western Australia, the most isolated capital city in the world. Since then, VOYAGER have quickly progressed to the forefront of Australian heavy melodic music, supporting the likes of STEVE VAI, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN and NEVERMORE, to name just a few. Their debut album "Element V", released in 2004, convinced the rest of the world that this band was one of the hottest newcomers to the melodic metal scene. Germany's ROCK HARD magazine described it as being "just like the science fiction television series VOYAGER, a journey into undiscovered sonic territories. A must for fans of NIGHTWISH and RHAPSODY". After an overwhelming response to their energetic live performance at PROGPOWER 2006 in the Netherlands alongside SCAR SYMMETRY and RIVERSIDE, VOYAGER released a limited edition single and video clip, setting the scene for what is yet to come. Besides that Simone Dow and Mark Boeijen were added to the line up, who made the band into the multicultural metal machine that it is today: Danny from Germany, Mark Boeijen from the Netherlands, Simone from Scotland and Mark Devattimo and Melissa flying high the Italian metal flag!

Now, with their new album "UniVers", a fresh new lineup and a new label, VOYAGER are well on their way to prove that they're worthy contenders for the melodic metal throne.
