- First festival dates for 2010 (14.10.2009) |
After the Ódinn’s Warriors completed their line-up
some time ago they are heading for being on stage again and is
proud to announce that they are confirmed for the ProgPower USA
XI roster. The festival is taking place
on Sep. 10th-11th 2010 at the Center Stage Theatre in Atlanta,
GA.
Earlier in 2010 they are confirmed for headlining the "Saarbangers
Metalfestival" in Oberbexbach / Germany in May 2010. Needless to
say, the band is really looking forward to finally kick
some serious ass stateside.
Last but not least Stormwarrior (and other DY1 bands like Iron Savior, Virgin
Steele, Rough Silk, Vanishing Point,...) joined a charity project to support
a German youth-group. So if you are interested in rare collectibles or signed
items from Stormwarrior and want to support the project: check out the next
auctions starting October 15th. |

| STORMWARRIOR - Óđinn’s Warriors complete again (16.06.2009) |
Óđinn’s Warriors complete again. Some of you might even not have been knowing that one warrior has been missing in the team for a short time, after Falko (dr) decided to leave the band for personal reasons.
On May 30th Stormwarrior flew down to Spain to play the Ginetarock Festival in Albacete. The festival was to become a historic occasion for the band. Not only was the event the first SW gig on Spanish soil, but Ginetarock also marked the premiere show for new sticksman
Hendrik Thiesbrummel, who has already earned himself the nickname "TB Steele" from the
rest of the band, referring to his double-kick prowess. Stormwarrior spent some time in a
country farmhouse outside Bielefeld to get ready for this show, and Hendrik's debut
performance made everybody proud. Welcome to The Horde!!

| STORMWARRIOR on tour with Firewind! (20.08.2008) |
STORMWARRIOR will accompany Firewind on their European tour this fall! As their album title suggests they are of course "Heading Northe", but playing Switzerland and BeNeLux as well when plundering and pillaging alongside the Greek metal warriors.
STORMWARRIOR conquered all major festivals this summer, including appearances at Manowar's Magic Circle Festival, Masters Of Rock in Czech, Metal Mania in Slovenia and Hammer Of The Gods in Spain - and got high praises for their live qualities.
One song that stands out in every of those live review is "The Revenge of Asa Lande" of the bands latest album "Heading Northe". You better prepare before you fail to sing along live... |

| STORMWARRIOR confirmed for SWEDEN ROCK 2008! (25.04.2008) |
STORMWARRIOR do step in at this year's SWEDEN ROCK Festival, taking place June 5-7 in Sölvesborg, Sweden. The show will be the only one with Kai Hansen as a special guest for some time to come.
But this is not the only festival of the year, so make sure to check out STORMWARRIOR at least once this summer, starting with Rock Hard festival on May 9th. Also confirmed: Manowar's Magic Circle Festival, Masters of Rock in Czech Republic, Metal Mania Open Air in Slovenia and in Germany Dragonslayer Festival and True As Steel. STORMWARRIOR are done recording, mixing and mastering their third full record "Heading Northe". You can already listen to the first conquering tunes on their Myspace page, STORMWARRIOR compiled a medley of the album and put it on. Go there and be one of the first to know about the heir to the German Power Metal Throne - captured with Nordic Power!
A release party for "Heading Northe" is scheduled for February 22nd at Ballroom, Hamburg.

STORMWARRIOR will take a short break from Studio and Mastering for one concert:
On December 29th they will play the "After X-mas Metal Blast 2007" at Halle Gartlage, Osnabrück (GERMANY) together with Rage and Sodom.
STORMWARRIOR just signed to Dockyard 1 and are currently busy finishing their 3rd studio album "Heading Northe". "Heading Northe" was recorded in their own "Thunderhall Studios". Mixing is handled together with Piet Sielck (Savage Circus, Iron Savior) and mastered by Tommy Hansen (Helloween, Hammerfall, Pretty Maids a.o.) at Jailhouse Studios (DENMARK). The release of "Heading Northe" is scheduled for February 2008. |

We are proud to announce the signing of STORMWARRIOR for an exclusive multi-album deal!
STORMWARRIOR are known worldwide for their unique style combining True Metal anthems with the concept of Nordic mythology. After the release of the successful album "Northern Rage" Stormwarrior were invited to play all the big festivals like Wacken Open Air, Bloodstock (UK), MANOWAR's Magic Circle Festival and Earthshaker during the past summers. Besides Stormwarrior collaborated with Kai Hansen playing Helloween classics of the famous "Walls" area live!
Currently the band is busy recording their 3rd studio album "Heading Northe" in their own "Thunderhall Studios" and will be soon mixing together with Piet Sielck (Savage Circus, Iron Savior) before they will enter Tommy Hansen's (Helloween, Hammerfall, Pretty Maids a.o.)
