How the shop works :
When you have found the item you wish to purchase, you just have to
click on the 'Buy Now' button to put an item into your shopping
cart. When you have finished shopping, simply click on 'item(s) in
cart' at the top of each page and you'll see what you
have chosen. From there on, just follow the instructions given.

What happens once I have
ordered?
We process orders straight away, or immediately after weekends or
public holidays. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your
order has been received and is about to be processed. Once we have
sent the item, you will receive another e-mail telling you that the
order has been processed and is being delivered.

When do I get my order?
The lengths of delivery times are between 2 to 14 days.

Shipping + handling
costs :
These can be found in the section 'Prices and Payment Provisions' in our Terms & Conditions.
Please note: No profit is made on shipping costs. If you still believe
shipping is too expensive, why not organise an order with your friends
to be delivered to one place? Shipping costs can then be shared, and
everyone pays less!

Videos, CDs, DVDs, LPs and Cassettes cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
