MYSTIC CIRCLE will be back on the road again soon: First they'll do a short co-headlining tour with the young German blackmetallers ENDSTILLE through East Germany and Poland, after that MYSTIC CIRCLE will team up with ROTTING CHRIST and CARPATHIAN FOREST for the European tournee, early in 2007. The band features Beelzebub (bass, vocals), Ezpharess (guitars) and a new member Astaroth (drums). More details will follow soon.

New Drummer Introduced At With Full Force (04.05.06)

Finally German Black Metal veterans MYSTIC CIRCLE found a new permanent member on the drum stool: The new skinsman is called Astaroth, his first live appearance will be at With Full Force festival in Roitzschjora, Germany. MYSTIC CIRCLE will play tentstage in the special called "Knüppelnacht" in the night from friday, June 30th to saturday July 1st. Comments singer Beelzebub: "We are pretty excited. Astaroth gives Mystic Circle's material a much more brutal feeling than the old drummer." See first picture of Astaroth here.

Festivals! (03.02.06)

Mystic Circle are confirmed to play Germany's biggest metal festivals in 2006, WITH FULL FORCE on the weekend June 30th - July 2nd and Wacken:Open:Air (August 3rd - 5th).

New Myspace Profile Up (13.01.06)

Shortly before releasing "The Bloody Path Of God" on February 20th, MYSTIC CIRCLE have created their own MYSPACE account. At the moment you can have a listen to some of their old album tracks, but you won't wait too long for some new blackish tunes!

New Album Praises (24.12.05)

MYSTIC CIRCLE opened the gates to the "State of the Arts" studio for a handful of journalists to audition "The Bloody Path of God". The first reactions were overwhelming, Germany's Metal Hammer appraised it as "MYSTIC CIRCLE's most mature album so far" in an early statement.

Guitar player Ezpharess comments: ""We're taking one step back to our early black metal roots with "The Bloody Path Of God" We used keyboards again, to provide the haunted atmosphere songs like "Doomsday Prophecy", "Riders Of The Apocalypse", "The Forgotten" or "Unholy Terror" deserve. Also singer BEELZEBUB is screaming again, and doesn't use the death-metal-alike growls of "Open The Gates Of Hell" anymore."

"The Bloody Path of God" will feature 13 tracks and was recorded at "State Of The Arts" studio in Ludwigshafen/Germany by producer Alex Koch and is currently being mastered by Piet Sielck. Song number 13 will be the exclusive CELTIC FROST cover version "Circle of the Tyrants".

In Search Of A New Drummer (04.11.05)

German black metal band MYSTIC CIRCLE is in search of a new drummer. The new skinsman is needed latest February 2006 for a new tour, upcoming festivals and gigs, gigs, gigs. The job is not for beginners, MYSTIC CIRCLE are searching for a drummer with high abilities, candidates should be able to play on click. MYSTIC CIRCLE play a LOT of gigs, so be prepared to spend a lot of time with them on the road and on stage.

In The Studio (08.10.05)

There's no way back: MYSTIC CIRCLE entered the studio on wednesday, October 5th to record "The Bloody Path Of God". They incarcerated themselves the new studio of their former drummer Necrodemon, who's fullfilling the producer's duties this time.

Viva la Mexico! (28.09.05)

The shows with MARDUK were a dark blast across Europe. Now MYSTIC CIRCLE will check out how corpsepaint goes with sombreros and prepare for their tour of Mexico. MYSTIC CIRCLE will headline Blackfest IV on november 11th at Distrit Federal. Check out their homepage for more details!

MYSTIC CIRCLE want to thrash down the legendary "Knüppelnacht" at WITH FULL FORCE Festival 2006. Vote for them at www.withfullforce.de - and for your other nine favourites for next year's festival. The few minutes on that are well-spent, the festival is raffling free tickets.

New Drummer & Tour With Marduk (12.08.05)

After four years in the band Necrodemon has left his drum stool to take over the producer's desk at the other side of the recording cabin. MYSTIC CIRCLE now revealed the name of their new drummer: Dementor will pummel his way through the songs on the upcoming "The Bloody Path Of God" tour with MARDUK and Pancrysia.

Following this tour all of you in South America can look forward when the bloody stains will lead them over to Mexico, please see the tourdates for details.

German Black Metal heroes are busy as usual. They're currently writing songs for their 7th full length, to be released later this year.
