| Moons And Mushrooms out now (15.05.07) |
LAKE OF TEARS will play ROCK HARZ on July 7th in the beautiful setting of the Harz National Park. This will be the live debut for the new songs. If you didn't already do - now it's time to get your Mushrooms! Frank Albrecht writes about 'Moons And Mushrooms' in German ROCK HARD megazine:
"They take their time, each time, the boys of LAKE OF TEARS. But this is a rewarding wait, because each time they write some real good songs - like on 'Moons And Mushrooms'. The melancholy they were famous for in the old days has mostly vanished, but is not gone for good. Nowadays it's hardly possible to categorize the sound of the Borås/Sweden-based quartett. Not because it' so avantgarde or revolutionary, but because there's no label left for feel-good metal with distinct seventies influences and keyboard parts. (...) A wonderful album!"
You still don't know what to expect from LAKE OF TEARS? Go to their Myspace and listen to the songs 'Island Earth' or 'Last Purple Sky'! |

It's 2007 now -- and you will feel like listening to a tale of a long-lost old friend when your ears will get their first impression of the new album 'Moons And Mushrooms'. Mushrooms', the band is gonna load up the first song "Last Purple Sky" this weekend. Click on LAKE OF TEARS' Myspace profile
The album will be released in two versions - a normal version with 8

the Status Quo cover "Is There A Better Way" as a bonus track - played with the energy of a punk rock song!
