Being already active more than ten years in the underground scene, Belgian metal merchants IN-QUEST released their third fullength album EPILEPTIC in 2004, on Goodlife Recordings. While wrestling with lots of line up problems and various other problems, steadily a new IN QUEST was born, first with the 2003 release of the CDEP 'Destination : Pyroclasm' which already showed a mature IN-QUEST, but this was merely a glimpse of what was to come. IN-QUEST took a new path, which altered the music in some ways but mostly developed the band a whole new level of maturity.

The result of all the combined efforts and years of experienced musicianship can be heard on EPILEPTIC. A true statement of renewed extreme music. In-quest shows new possibilities of blending various music styles, combing furious blastbeats, mechanical rhythms and catchy grooves. All in all wrapped into a modern presentation.
