Days " out on October, 23rd! (08.10.2009) |
| On their new album “Hundred Days” Crystallion
refines their style by adding a bit more Hard-Rock-oriented songwriting
to their doublebass dominated melodic speed metal, complementing the
band’s original trademarks with a slightly rougher edge.Concept-wise,
the new album’s focus lies on the hundred days of Napoleon Bonaparte’s
return from his first exile on the island of Elba. Back in power, he
once more tries to conquer large parts of Europe until he is finally
beaten in the Battle of Waterloo and sent into exile to the remote
island of St. Helena in the Pacific Ocean. "Hundred Days" will see
the light of day in October 2009. |

| CRYSTALLION - busy with the new album (18th February, 2009) |
CRYSTALLION are currently hard at work in pre-production for the 3rd release, as well as preparing for the next shows in 2009. The studio will be entered in March and April 2009. The follow up to "Hattin" is scheduled for early summer 2009.
CRYSTALLION's second album "Hattin" was a concept album dealing with the defeat of the cruisader states in the Middle East - from the view of the victorious Arabs under the rule of Saladin. Talking of the music you get the best that bombastic German Power Metal has to offer. |

| Crystallion signed to Dockyard1 (20th March, 2008) |
We're proud to announce the signing of German "Nobel Power Metal" hopefuls CRYSTALLION!
The Bavarians will release their second album "Hattin" on Dockyard 1, the release date is set for May 16th. The first album "A Dark Enchanted Crystal Night" came out in 2006 and was well recieved by fans and media. Germany´s Rock Hard gave 8/10 points and quoted: "From songs to production to the cover everything fits here. A very well done debut for a young and promising band!" The band's bombastic metal is influenced by Rhapsody, Stratovarius, Helloween and Sonata Arctica. Their most significant mark is Singer Thomas Strübler's multi-octave voice which is breathtakingly dividing the band from their likes.
