We're sure that BLACKSHINE's current album "Lifeblood" is the perfect album for the season of autumn. Dark and depressive with Anders Strohkirk's hypnotic voice, and the same time the guitars.

Yes, we're sure we found a rare diamond: BLACKSHINE from Stockholm, Sweden started from a death metal basis, but already on their first album there was only a taste left of it, the rest is Rock'n'Roll. Slow, deep and deadly. Call it Goth'n'Roll, it fit for them to be on tour with such diverse artists as Udo and Lacuna Coil/Sentenced. Now we're looking forward to the melancholic days of mid-autumn, to be in the right mood for "Lifeblood", the long-awaited follow-up to "Soulless & Proud".
